If we don't need the hours, you won't be billed for them. We provide estimates before we begin any development project, so you'll always have an understanding of the expected total cost.

How quickly can you take over maintenance for my current software?
We conduct a thorough code review when we take responsibility for an existing application, whether we've been tasked with simply maintaining the current functionality, or will be adding new features to the software. Once this review is completed, typically after one to two weeks, we'll provide you with a report of our findings and handle any environment updates, including moving the application to a new hosting platform if needed.

How long will it take to create a new application?
Creating an application from the ground up can take as little as a few months, to over a year. We begin all new development projects with a dedicated Workshop and Discovery phase. This allows us to capture all the requirements for the project - even the ones you might not be aware of. At the end of the Workshop, we'll present you with a project proposal and initial scope document, to provide some insight into the expected timeline for development.

What level of technical support do you offer?
We strive to be a full scale partner for our clients, and work to provide ongoing support even after the conclusion of a project. Whether you want to grow your software even further, need to look into an error, or just need some technical guidance, you are just as important to us a year after launch as you are today.
