Shumate Mechanical is a trusted Residential and Commercial HVAC and Plumbing provider headquartered in Duluth, Georgia. We partner with Shumate’s internal development team daily to enhance their business applications and recently got the opportunity to show off our UX Design skills and redesign their customer-facing website to elevate Shumate’s Commercial brand. Some of the larger objectives of the redesign were to engage and connect with general contractors who are looking for an HVAC supplier, as well as speak to small business owners who need service on their existing systems.

The new site is both elegant and functional. We were able to start from scratch and our team was able to fully define new Information Architecture, content strategy, and Search Engine Optimization approaches that focuses on booking more service appointments online. After devising a new navigation and content strategy, our UX Designers created a responsive representation of Shumate’s impressive Projects. Shumate’s Project Admin allows them to add new projects, assign them to a category, and add all content and images.

The updated site has given Shumate a modern look and feel that has enabled them to build trust and stand out within the Commercial HVAC industry.
