Rewards Management and Custom Demographic Reporting

Bridgeport Rewards came to A•VIBE with the desire to create an online incentive system for members visiting their stores. Their aim was to provide discounts, event invitations, and other benefits to customers joining the program.

Collaborating with Bridgeport Rewards, A•VIBE created an integrated system for shoppers to sign up for memberships and view their rewards online with an easy to use, intuitive design.

Management can also create and manage rewards, lookup guest information, and update the built-in member blog. The member blog is unique in that it can be customized to target specific customer groups.

For the administrative system, A•VIBE created over a dozen personalized reports of detailed demographic information. These reports allow Bridgeport Rewards to better understand their customers and improve the shopping experience.
