Groundbreaking E-Learning Systems.
Prompted by a surge in ATV riders and an alarming number of related injuries and deaths, the Oregon Parks and Recreation Department initiated a collaboration with A.VIBE based on their ColdFusion programming expertise and skill in developing custom online learning systems.
The Online ATV Safety Education Course is a custom e-learning system catering to a diverse population riders. The course’s user-friendly design and navigation, combined with its dynamic recognition of each individual rider has garnered praise from independent media.
Users create either an individual or family account and take quizzes online as they progress through the course materials. Upon completion of the online learning course, the user’s information is automatically sent to the card printers, and a downloadable, temporary completion card is issued on the spot.
Since its launch on 12/30/08, the e-learning system has been accessed by more than 65,000 riders.
