Oregon Clover Commission Web Site Launches

Portland, OR -- November 28, 2011 –  A.VIBE Web Development announced today that it has officially launched the new Oregon Clover Commission Web site, a resource for livestock producers, sustainable farming enthusiasts, land managers, and the public at large.

The Web site, www.oregonclover.org, was created as a collaboration between A.VIBE Web Development and the Oregon Clover Commission. A.VIBE created a new logo as part of the design and branding process. The navigation aesthetic of the Web site was constructed to be large and straight-forward, allowing the user to experience the Web site with confidence and ease.

“Oregon clover seed growers pride themselves on producing the highest quality seed found anywhere in the world,” said John McCulley, Administrator of the Oregon Clover Commission. “The Commission wanted its Web site to reflect that dedication to quality, and A-VIBE certainly met that objective.

In order to support the Oregon Clover Commission’s needs to have a resourceful and educational Web site, A.VIBE created the site to allow visitors the ability to browse information about the four kinds of Oregon clover (red, white, crimson, and arrowleaf) with a series of PDF downloads, case study links, and information on cover crops and wildlife resource management. Additionally, the Oregon Clover Commission Web site conveys the benefits of clover, which are many- clover extends a grass pastures’ grazing season as compared to grass, plus it improves soil quality by building organic matter and also reduces the risk of insect pressure.
